This phase is all about gathering the information we need to start the design process. We begin by documenting your home through detailed measurements, photos, and notes. From these, we create accurate floor plans and a 3D model of the existing house. At the same time, we review zoning requirements (such as setbacks and height limits) so we know the rules before exploring possibilities.
